At Kleori Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry and watches. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) is required for processing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Items that show signs of use or wear
- Customized or made-to-order jewelry
- Earrings due to hygiene reasons
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return Process
To request a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at sales@kleori.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return process.
Once approved, you must ship the product back to us within 3 working days using a trusted courier service. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the condition of the returned product and the reason for return.
a. Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash) within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will require your bank or mobile wallet details to process the refund.
b. Partial Refunds
We may deduct a fee or offer a partial refund in the following cases:
- Product returned with damaged packaging
- Missing accessories or tags
- Delayed return (beyond agreed timeframe)
c. Refunds Not Approved
No refund will be given if:
- The product is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging
- The return is initiated after the 3-day return window
- Return was not pre-approved by our team
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or design):
- Please mention this clearly when contacting us.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Exchange shipping charges (both ways) must be covered by the customer unless the item was sent incorrectly.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Send us clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check your bank or mobile wallet again.
- Then contact your payment provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please email us at admin@kleori.com with your order details.
8. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- If you refuse the parcel on delivery without a valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.
