At Kleori Jewels, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery services across Pakistan. Our Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.


1. Service Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns in Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi
  • Lahore
  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • And many more areas covered by our courier partners.

If your area is not serviceable by our courier companies, we will contact you for alternative arrangements.


2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics companies such as:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P
  • CallCourier
  • Pakistan Post (for remote locations)

Our partners are selected for their reliability, speed, and secure handling of packages.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Custom Orders: If your item is made-to-order or customized, it may take 2–4 additional days before dispatch.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal traffic.


5. Shipping Charges

PKR 5000 or above Free Shipping

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your parcel directly on the courier company’s website using this ID.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 2 working days, please contact us at sales@kleori.com.


7. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
  • In case of missed delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
  • Customers must ensure the correct address and phone number is provided for successful delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take utmost care in packaging your jewelry securely. However, if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with images.
  • Your parcel is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier for compensation or a replacement.

All such claims must be sent to sales@kleori.com with your order number and details.


9. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier strikes
  • COVID-19 or other health emergencies

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


10. Change of Address or Order Cancellation

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please notify us within 12 hours.
  • Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. After shipment, cancellation is not possible.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Kleori Jewels only delivers within Pakistan.
